All content on Counter-Print’s website is protected by copyright law. Any use of imagery must properly credit the artist or the author.

Any organisation or individual is welcome to link to Counter-Print’s site. If you think your site is of particular interest to our audience. Counter-Print sends occasional emails to let you know about changes to our site we believe will be of interest to you if you apply to be part of our Mailing List. If you no longer wish to receive emails, please send a removal request to us.

Delivery
We aim to ship out the majority of products within 3–7 days on receival of order. Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. Counter-Print has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs.

We also offer a delivery option with DPD for our customers in the UK. Delivery time is a maximum of 2 days. Please ensure to provide us with an address you will be available at as it will require a signature.

If your order is sent with DPD and the parcel is sent back to us after a few attempts, a charge of £7.50 (within the UK) £15 (Worldwide) + the resending costs will occur.

Should a parcel be send back to us as too many attempts were made by other courier such as FedEx, UPS or TNT addtional charges will apply. Also, a return postage cost will incur. We will find the most competitive delivery charges.

Shipment within the UK is sent via Royal Mail’s second class service. Shipments outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail’s standard Airmail service. Orders which weigh over 2,5 kg will be sent via a courier.

Payment
All transactions are processed via Paypal and all major credit cards in pounds sterling.

Returns
Products may be returned if you notify us via email within 14 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. Counter-Print is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges.

Damage
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact Royal Mail or the courier company who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. Notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action. Once the product has been dispatched to the Royal Mail, risk of loss passes to the customer.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from counter-print.co.uk (the “Site”).
