In Carter’s words: “This book focuses on a very specific genre of Bruno Munari’s work, the traveling sculptures. It appears that Munari was extremely experimental as an artist. I believe that through experimentation with paper and folding he created these traveling sculptures. Most were made with paper, just like the pop-ups created by todays paper-engineers.
