Blokoshka

Inspired by the former Eastern Bloc's concrete modernist estates, Blokoshka is a playful tour inside the 'sleeping districts' of Moscow, the plattenbau constructions of East Berlin, the Warsaw estates built over the ruins of the old ghetto and the panelak blocks of Prague. This Modernist Architectural Matryoshka comprises 4 pre-cut and pre-folded nesting blocks and four sheets of recycled cardboard, which can be assembled without glue or scissors. Also features a note on Eastern European housing architecture and easy-to-follow instructions.
