Jan Hollender (1907–1989) was a Polish graphic designer who worked on logos, letterheads, posters and book covers. He became an authority in the field of design and typography, inspiring subsequent generations of designers. He opened his first studio before World War II in Katowice. He was the initiator and commissioner of the First National Exhibition of Graphic Symbols - the largest review of this field of applied graphics in Poland.
